Meet Katlyn
Helping families — and anyone ready for their next adventure — plan thoughtful vacations with guidance, flexibility, and a whole lot of grace.
I believe travel is one of the most meaningful ways we connect with the people we love. The moments you remember most usually aren't the big headline attractions. They're the little ones you didn't expect. A laugh on a boat ride. A first hug with a favorite character. Sitting together at the end of a long day watching fireworks.
Since 2019, I've helped families, couples, and groups plan vacations that feel smooth, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Families are my heart and my specialty, but honestly, I just love helping people travel well — whoever that looks like for you.
My approach is pretty simple. I listen first. I want to understand what matters most to you, what feels overwhelming about planning, and what kind of trip will actually feel restful and memorable. Then I get to work making sure everything is taken care of.
I specialize in destinations where adventure and a little bit of magic meet — Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, cruises, and all-inclusive resorts. These trips can get complicated quickly, and having the right guidance can make a huge difference in how much you're actually able to enjoy yourself once you're there.
Many of the families I work with are navigating additional needs — sensory sensitivities, neurodivergence, food allergies, mobility concerns, hearing differences, and more. Thoughtful planning and realistic expectations can completely change how a trip feels for those families, and I care deeply about helping them experience travel in a way that feels comfortable and joyful for everyone involved.
When I'm not planning trips for clients, you'll usually find me traveling with my own family. My husband and I are raising two little boys who keep us well versed in all things princesses, Mickey, and Mario. As a mom who navigates travel with children who have additional needs, I understand firsthand that family vacations sometimes require extra flexibility, extra preparation, and yes — a whole lot of grace.
We're frequent visitors to Orlando and love making the most of our Disney Vacation Club membership and Universal annual passes. Those real-life experiences mean I can guide my clients with practical, honest insight so their trips feel less overwhelming and a lot more magical.
At the end of the day, my job isn't just booking travel. It's helping people create the kinds of memories they'll talk about for years.
