Your $250 onboarding investment covers your full new hire training...the award-winning program that most agencies spend far more to build. Your annual investment maxes at $450 but scales down based on your sales. The more you sell, the less you pay.
Commissions are paid monthly, on time, via direct deposit. You may also charge planning fees - and you keep every penny. And at every commission tier, you always earn an additional 2% bonus commission when booking with our preferred suppliers.
