I’ve been going to Disney World since I was very young. I know a lot about planning trips there, and I didn’t think I’d ever work with a travel agent. But a friend recommended Rosette, and I couldn’t be happier that we decided to work with her.

Last year, my family was planning a Disney cruise + a few days at Disney World. Since we’re less familiar with cruises, we decided to see if Rosette could help us. From the moment we started working with her, I was impressed with how much she enjoyed her work, how quickly she responded and how thorough she was. Unfortunately, we had to cancel that trip. Rosette was such a professional and handled the cancellation process for us without an issue.

Thankfully, we were able to reschedule the Disney World portion of our trip this year and added a day at Epic Universe. Once again, Rosette impressed me with her enthusiasm and professionalism. She handles all the headaches that normally come with planning a trip like this (in the past, I’ve had to be on the phone for hours with Disney trying to make a minor change to my reservation -- not this time or, thanks to Rosette, ever again). We had a great trip and I’m already recommending her to anyone I know who enjoys trips to Disney and/or Universal.

Rosette has done it again! Absolutely incredible service provided for our trip to Europe- Italy, Spain, and France. She provided secure hotels for our travels, booked services for us for convenience, and was always available when we needed her. I will never travel without her knowledge! She is the best of the best! She made our trip worth while and stress free!

Our trip to The Grand Canyon, Sedona and Scottsdale was absolutely amazing!! It was a bucket list trip for my husband and I. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary on the trip. Our accommodations were impeccable! The views were spectacular everywhere your eye could see. Rosette was absolutely above and beyond in preparing us for this trip. Rosette, Rosette, Rosette! I cannot sing this woman's praises enough! My husband and I wanted to take our daughters to Disneyworld for the first time so they could experience the magic at what we felt are great ages to do so. Less than thrilled about the undertaking that is planning a Disney trip, we were given Rosette's name and we very quickly requested her assistance. Rosette eased all of our worries immediately as she got to know us and quickly assessed our desires for the trip, our personalities, and our laid back "travel style." From start to finish, Rosette ensured our comfort by making suggestions tailored to us, securing reservations, providing us with any documents we needed, sending reminders of our timeline to keep us on track, and making herself available any time we had thoughts/questions/concerns. The level of care and expertise Rosette brings to the table is absolutely incredible. We felt so comfortable and at ease, and knew we were in good hands with her. Before the trip she heavily contributed to our excitement by making little comments about how close the trip was and how excited she was for us (which was really contagious), providing all of our travel documents so that we could rest assured we were organized and ready, and even by giving us some personalized gifts. She allowed us to focus on the "fun" since she took care of all of the details. All of her suggestions were spot on and timing ran so smoothly it was unbelievable. While on the trip she was available if we needed her and, although we tried not to reach out for help, we needed her assistance once or twice due to things outside of anyone's control. Rosette was like a good friend throughout the entire planning and travel process, sharing our excitement and joy, offering help when needed, listening and truly taking to heart everything we said. Thank you so much, Rosette, for being such an instrumental part of a trip full of special memories for my family for many years to come.

Travel Specialist, Rosette Gillan, should have "S.W." as credentials behind her name. She was truly a "SuperWomen" in my travel experience. I had a special situation where I lost me travel agent, whom I adored, right before my travel date. I was extremely hesitant about working with Rosette because I had a great experience with my previous agent. Rosette came in and literally put the "cherry on top" on my travel experience. I really didn't think she could help me prepare anymore for my upcoming travel, but I was completely wrong.

I was traveling with my older parents and 2 young children. Unfortunately for me (but fortunate for my kids), my ex husband decided to take the kids on the very same cruise 3 weeks prior to the our travel date. I had planned this trip almost a year in advanced, and I was devastated. I wanted this trip to be special for my girls and parents. Rosette came up with numerous ideas to make our experience absolutely unique and special for my family. She not only gave me ideas to make the Disney experience even more magical, she actually mailed gifts and materials for my family to enhance the experience. Everything from Disney paraphernalia and items for Pixie Dusting to decor for our cruise door, Rosette just gave the magical touch. She even provided Disney arts and crafts for my girls for the survival of the plane rides and airport layovers. Not to mention, she had freshly baked Disney cookies sent to our pre-cruise hotel. Details like lanyards and silicon water bottles for the whole family were not missed.

Although all plans were previously made prior to working with Rosette, she reviewed all plans in detail. She verified all bookings and even made some minor changes to make things go even smoother. I was provided with a folder that literally had everything I needed for my trip, including travel plans, QR check in codes, and a detailed personalized itinerary for my trip. I was able to text/call her any time of the day prior to the trip and during the trip for assistance. Her assistance was absolutely phenomenal!! I wish I could hire her to plan the rest of my life.....LOL! Simply amazing and greatly appreciated from the bottom of my heart.

I highly recommend using Rosette from Second Star Wishes for your travel needs. I have used Rosette twice for planning my Orlando trips to Disney/Universal and it was well worth it. She is very knowledgeable and helped me get the best use of my time and also recommended amazing restaurants. Will definitely use her again in the future for my travel needs!
